Pasting from Word into a Forum Post
When pasting text from Word into a Forum post, use the Paste from Word icon, as shown below, to prevent the text from including HTML formatting code.
Video Caption Search
When you see a Search tab above a video in your course, click the tab to access captions in the form of a transcript. Enter or click text on the Search tab to jump to it in the video commentary. You can also select text on the Search tab and copy and paste it into a Word document.

Learning Modules Print View
You can view and print all of the sections in a module by clicking the Print icon, as shown below. Note that you can access documents and other materials by clicking the links in the Print window.
Opening Articles in Alkek Databases
You may find links in your course to journal articles in Alkek Library databases. After you click the link in TRACS, look for a full-text link on the database page. Full-text links may be noted in different ways, inluding:
- Linked Full Text
- Check if library has full text
- PDF Full Text
- HTML Full Text
